Hermes Personal is a private, non-commercial automation tool with a single user: its owner. These terms exist to describe that arrangement. They do not constitute a public offer, and no third party is granted any right to use the tool.
The tool is not offered for sale, licence, or public use. It has no sign-up, no accounts for third parties, and no service level. Nothing on this site is an invitation for anyone else to use the tool or to connect an account to it.
The tool connects to Google services using the owner's own credentials, under Google's applicable terms, including the Google API Services User Data Policy. The owner may revoke that access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The tool is provided for the owner's own use, without warranty of any kind. The owner accepts all risk arising from its use, including any action taken on his own data at his instruction.
Handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
